1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance & Eligibility

By integrating the LexonAds script or WordPress plugin, you enter a legal agreement. You must ensure that your website does not contain illegal content, malware, or deceptive practices.

1.2 Limitation of Liability (The "No-Responsibility" Clause)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexonAds and its operators shall not be liable for any damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or traffic.
• Technical downtime or script errors on your domain.
• Consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our network.

1.3 Ad Credits & Sessions

Each unique view generates 2.4 credits, while a campaign view costs 1 credit. Uniqueness is determined by a 30-minute session window. We reserve the right to adjust these rates to maintain network health.

1.4 Payments & Stripe

Transactions are processed via Stripe. We do not store financial data. Purchases of digital credits are final and non-refundable once the credits are added to your account balance.

2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

2.1 Data Processing & Hosting

We prioritize European data sovereignty. Our infrastructure is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH with servers located in Germany/Finland. Your data never leaves the European Union.

2.2 No-Cookie Tracking

LexonAds does not use cookies or local storage to track your website visitors. To prevent fraud and manage the 30-minute session window, we use:

• Anonymized IP hashes (cannot be reversed to identify individuals).
• Technical browser headers.

This approach ensures that your visitors' privacy is respected while allowing us to count unique traffic accurately.

2.3 Publisher Responsibility

You are responsible for your own website's compliance. While we don't use cookies, you should inform your users that technical identifiers are processed by LexonAds for security and fraud prevention purposes.

2.4 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
